When you are filling out an application for a company, they want to know if you are a man or a woman. But the thought I'm about to discuss doesn't matter what gender you are, because it affects you regardless.
There are many situations we can find ourselves in, such as divorce, being laid off, bankruptcy, being married, being successful, and much more. What do they all have in common? They start from a seed. Seeds can be thoughts, words, and actions.
Everything I have experienced, good or bad, has come from a seed that produced a harvest.
Genesis 8:22 KJV
While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
That is the hardest part to swallow sometimes because we think life just happens to us. But what we plant will grow regardless of whether we know this principle.
Galatians 6:7 KJV
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Yes, we have genders, but I implore you to look at yourself as a farmer, someone who has seeds to plant. We must be mindful of the seeds we sow in ourselves and in others. We must be diligent in nurturing the right seeds. We must speak, think, and take action on these right seeds, because your harvest more than likely won't come now, but in due season, you must reap what you sow.
Whatsoever you do, sow the right seeds to reap the right harvest.
